Detailed description of the works I have just today reached Sale Agreed with the vendor. I am seeking to get a pre-purchase survey done on the property please and appreciate it if you could submit a proposal. You may be familiar with the development, it is primarily a holiday home development and it would be my intention to use it as such i.e. a family holiday home. The property is a 3 bedroom terrace house of ~103 square metres in floor size, details at link below. A management company oversees the common areas, property insurance and maintenance of grounds for a fee from the owners.
